专业简介
课程提供智能建造、数字化及工程项目管理可持续发展方面的理论与实践知识，培养应对建造业新兴挑战的技术与数字化管理能力。两个学位均修读30学分，必修科目涵盖BIM平台、BIM协调、BIM管理、模块化集成建造、绿色与智能建筑；MASCICBIM另须完成6学分应用项目，选修科目包括建造物联网、工程技术中的人工智能等。

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a (face-to-face or online) admission interview after submitting applications. Applicant must have passed the admission interview for successful application. Programme Aims This programme suite aims to provide students with a comprehensive theoretical background and practical knowledge in intelligent construction, digitalization, and sustainable development in engineering project management. It aims to equip graduates with technical and digital construction-related knowledge and managerial skills to cope with emerging challenges in the construction industry. Both Master of Applied Science in Intelligent Construction and Building Information Modelling (MASCICBIM) and Master of Science in Intelligent Construction and Building Information Modelling (MSCICBIM) need complete 30 credit-units. The MASCICBIM must complete the 6 credit-units project (Applied Project for Intelligent Construction).
