为董事（特别是独立非执行董事）、公司秘书及相关专业人士开设专业训练，初期设商业运营基础课程，继而深入企业管治各方面，并强调风险管理、合规等新兴主题；毕业生可申请特许公司治理公会及香港特许公司治理公会考试要求全部豁免。

Academic Qualification A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or comparable institution, or an equivalent qualification (such as a recognised professional qualification in accounting or finance). Language Proficiency Requirement Applicants should possess evidence of good English of proficiency. If English was not the medium of instruction for undergraduate studies: a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (internet-based)*; or IELTS (academic) overall band score of 6.5*; or an equivalent score on a comparable test. *Note: Test result provided should be within two years from the date of issuance of the Admission Offer letter. TOEFL iBT Home Edition or IELTS Indicator test is not accepted. Others Applicants are preferably with three years of relevant work experience.
